Encryption at rest and in transit
Every piece of data you share with PvX is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over TLS 1.2+. Integration credentials and keys sit in a dedicated, access-restricted key management service.
Role-based and least-privileged access
Permissions are scoped to role, so no one at PvX sees more of your data than their work genuinely requires. Entitlements are reviewed on a set cadence, and privileged access is granted only when needed and time-bound.
Secure cloud infrastructure
PvX runs on leading cloud providers in hardened, network-segmented environments, with customer data logically segregated. Infrastructure is deployed from version-controlled configuration with security baselines applied by default.
Monitoring and alerting 24/7
Infrastructure, application and access activity is logged and monitored continuously, including every query against customer datasets. If there is anything out of the ordinary our engineering team will get an alert and immediately investigate.
Independent vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
We partner with accredited third parties to run regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests against our platform and data pipelines. Findings are triaged by severity, remediated within defined timelines, then re-validated.
