We are proud and excited to announce that we have closed a $10.5M Series A.

When we started PvX, the premise was simple: the way consumer apps fund growth is broken. We believed there was a better model, one that moves with a company's growth rather than against it. Today, with over $750 million in committed cohort financing and a $10.5 million Series A behind us, we're seeing what that looks like in practice.Today, with over $750 million in committed UA financing and a $10.5 million Series A behind us, we're seeing what that looks like in practice.

UA Financing, at Scale

Six months ago, we announced $250 million in committed cohort financing. In the two quarters since, we committed another $500 million. That pace reflects something real: more gaming and consumer app studios are turning to cohort financing as a way to scale without giving up equity or locking into rigid repayment structures.

The Series A, led by T-Accelerate Capital alongside Z Venture Capital, Drive by DraftKings, and Square Enix – with follow-on from Play Ventures and General Catalyst – gives us the runway to do more of what's working. More deals evaluated. More studios served. Faster deployment.

We've also grown the team. Rohan Dang joins as Head of Legal, bringing senior experience from HSBC. Mahesh Jadhav joins as CTO, with a track record at Mobile Premier League and Dream11. Both hires reflect where we're headed: building an institution, not just a product.

PvX Lambda, our machine-learning platform, continues to power our underwriting by analyzing performance trends, benchmarking cohorts, and forecasting UA outcomes across geographies and app categories.

Where We Go From Here

Our goal for 2026 is to quadruple deal volume. As the venture market for gaming tightens, more founders are looking for growth capital that doesn't come with the trade-offs of equity or the constraints of traditional debt. Cohort financing is the model we built PvX around, and we're just getting started.
